Anyone have any solid methods of installing a Fettronics board?

At the moment I'm using duct tape and it works just fine. But I was looking for another solution.

I hot-glued the crud outta mine.  One thing I did to the chest plate though was to mount the slot covers flush in the rectangular cut-outs instead of behind them.  It saved me about 1mm.  I have an older Fettronics board though, and I think his new ones have the LED's remotely attached to the mainboard?

That's correct, they are remotely attached.

On my Fett and then on my Ref upgrade, I'm going to be building a little box out of styrene that will close with a magnetized lid to enclose the board on my chestplate.

Hot glue is definitely an option. The box sounds like a good idea as well.
