this has been asked a few times before, try ebay, aker is a pretty good brand, good sound projection and a reasonable price

Mando Claus brought me an Aker MR2300 for Christmas and it works like a champ.

The only extra I might get is a lavalier or clip style microphone to attach to the helmet or collar instead of the headset-style microphone.
