Unfortunately i haven't got construction photos of the pieces, but here's what i've got sofar...


Nevermind the silver, it's just so i can see the ugly. Will be going with a darker grey color for the plates.
I've got a few size adjustments to make, and i may have to remake the knees.

Ok well, im working on what i can when i can (in no real order) :p. I started a little painting today on my shoulders & foot armor

roughed up the plates with a bench grinder then applied my metallic base



Then took my magical tootpaste and marked off some areas, and applied my topcoat.


After washing the magic paste off


Added masking for the skull, will re-paste and apply the shoulders actual topcoat color


I will get more pictures tomorrow, the following is just an scheme im roughly going off of.

Heres a shot of the actual shoulder color, will need to wash and or drybrush as i feel its needed


Taping armor to myself and getting a pic is harder then it sounds :p So since i couldnt get a good shot, i placed the plates on my vest (which is talored to me, **Thanks Sidi**) Hope this helps somewhat...


I was able to take a shot of my leg armor (excluding knees), i WILL be remaking those.

Got a little bit more done...

And while waiting on paint to dry, i started some gaunts which idk if i like or not...

would really like to just buy some nice piano hinged gaunts...these seem pretty basic. Gonna be covered in a forearm wrap anyways so idk.

I cut a few shapes out of HDU to stick some bits and peices onto for weapons/ gadgets and such...


I forgot to take pictures of everything before i stuck all my bits on there and painted....



Both images are one gaunt, ill be sure to get a shot of the other one before i get it painted. All i did was screw/glue random gizmos i found around my shop.

Really nice work there. Keep it up. Don't forget to add some light scratches to the armour as well as the bigger bits of weathering, and a black/brown wash. Looking good though.
