I found this one to be pretty clear and (unlike a lot of them on YouTube) narrated instead of playing music. My only gripe is that he didn't explain how changing up the capacitor changes the blink rate, but I'll add the note.

Parts List (correct me if I incorrectly recorded something)
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
breadboard (a small one will do)
some lengths of 20g coated wire
(x2) 4k ohm resistors
100 ohm resistor
LED (ultra bright)
Capacitor (I believe the video above uses a 220uF (microfarad) 16V - what you use determines the blink rate, some folks in the comments used a 470 uF cap - the smaller the number the faster IIRC)
