That's what I was thinking. Camp netting suitable/approved? Or is it to earthly?

As far as I'm aware its fine, not see anything that says generic camo net can't be used, only camo patterns used currently

7.No "modern" or "common" off the shelf camo patterns may be used.  Camo patterns allowed must be uncommon, vintage, or in-universe and will be highly scrutinized during the application process.  Officially barred "off the shelf" camo patterns:  Woodland, Tiger Stripe, 3 Color Desert, MARPAT, Real Tree, Mossy Oak, ACU, Urban, 6 Color Desert, Swiss Alpineflague, and MultiCam

Cheers for that. Knew about the camo. Just wasn't sure about the netting. Will do two more concepts tonight and get opinions.

Netting can look too earthy. So to fix that add some fax leaves or something and maybe spray some brown paint onto it as well, just a few tweaks to remove the earthyness.

Also, an utterly belated reply to the early comment of no white kits in the UK. Hal Jasra is Arctic Sniper and Jaxx Jasra is mainly white with black and purple highlights, and I think Tal Skirata is heading for white and orange. On the other hand I don't think there are any lighter greens, got a couple using darker greens, but none in the lighter spectrum.

Its the classic 1/2 inch off the sides, somehow its the same for most 

Can I assume it's 1/2 in of all plates? Belly and shoulder/neck??

To be entirely honest with you, I would take the collar template, cut it in half and take the inch from the middle. Take it from the edges and you'll end up with these tiny thin shoulder bits.

You'll also want to slim down the rest of the plates to match the collar. Again, don't be afraid to take off the inside and the outside so that you don't end up with extra thin prongs on the outside.
