Looks awesome, I'm with Jorad, it needs something to break it up a little bit, maybe a little more red here and there. Maybe put some red in the diamond, the mythosaur on the belt buckle could be red. Maybe something to make the edges of the armor stand out a bit more, it looks nice in the bright sunny light, but in dimmer light like you'll get in a con it'll be harder to distinguish stuff, especially in pictures.

yeah, I didn't even notice the Mythosaur on the belt.  Definitely needs more contrast to really make all the line pop

yess i will add some dark red stripes and mytosaurs skulls on it.
and some marks on my kama.. an machete is in the making.  and a chest display.  upgades upgrades upgrades 
every time i look at the pics i see something new i want to add. 
i.m trying to make some sort of honor/ceremonial guard ish....
like the onyx guards from gears of war .. kind of

you could paint the crease between the plates red. Keep it really minimal. could look good. but Jorad is on the ball here the plates need some more paint to help them stand out.

1st little upgrade.  cutted out of sintra with a hotwire cutter.
i.m making a sort of honor guard . so if any of you have ideas for decorations let me know.
a sword/machate is in the making  and plans for a plasma shield are bieng worked out

Sweet looking kit!

Couple things- the plates and "popping them out".... could just run another shade of black, even just super glossy or supper matte. The change in light reflection will do the rest. Oooorrr... They do slightly resemble the twig/leave pattern (I'm still learning symbols, don't judge), so a splash of red would tie in the actual symbol; abstractly speaking.

Then, from the side yer helm has a bit of a cylon (original Battlestar Galactica) look to it. Like it!

Yea, you nailed this build. Looks great.
I like the suggestion of carrying the red between the plate gaps to give them better definition. If red is too much, then a dark gray would do the same, but more subtle.

And some small red details in the helmet and backpack would ad the same effect to the rest of the kit too.

But I don't know if that would but as fast or as cheap as your looking for. They do look good though!

Seragon's visors are decently priced, and worth every penny.  Planning on getting a couple for the builds I have in the planning stages now.
