Hahahaha. I couldn't just throw it away. I had plans to fix it but that never happened. Now it's stuck to my arm.

Woohoo! Everything but my backplate is attached to my vest. The negative that I noticed is how crooked my shoulders sit. I can thank an old skateboarding injury that I never got physical therapy for.  my plates look a little crooked because of it, but there's not much I can do. I still need to fit the collar plate over my traps a little better, but that should be easy.

Collar plate looks a little off, like you noted, but other then that it looks good. Shoulder bells do sit crooked, but if that's from an old injury, there's not too much you can do about it. Just maybe let the app team know that's why they sit that way. I can't wait to see some paint on that bucket!!

Shoulders look to sit at about the same angle mine do (Partial dislocation a year or so) Make sure you check the spacing round that ab, otherwise, looking good.

Haha. No. It'll get paint. I needed to get everything secured to the vest so I could trim it up properly but I got that all done lat night. Everything is lined up on both sides as far as placement on the vest. Holy smokes though. And the forecast is calling for rain here. Go figure lol.

Did you have any issues from the app team with your posture? And the fang on the left of the picture (my right) looks a little close, but that's because I need to put two more outside snaps on the ab plate.

There's a box on the app form about medical conditions that may need to be taken into consideration. Check that and then if needed we will pm for details. We judge on what we know about - check the box, we know to ask if the consideration is for the shoulders, don't check it, we'll tell you to straighten them

Thank you! I pretty much finished it today!

I couldn't leave it alone. I had to "unweather" it by covering up some of the scuffs on the face. I'M MUCH happier with it now. I painted my antenna and the side buttons, and well as painted my ears copper. The visor isn't permanently in, but it will be soon. If it's not raining too bad tomorrow, it'll get blackwashed.

It feels good to be about done!







After getting OM (whenever that may be) I'll be adding voice amps and all that jazz.

Can't see it on the pics - might want to give it a few scuffs with some sandpaper too before blackwashing. Gives a better variety of damage than just chipping. Also the blackwash settles in scratches really nicely.

Yessir! I've added some scuffs and light passes to dull everything down and make it more uniform.

My next question. Is it preferred to attach my buckles/straps on the inside or outside of my shins? I've got it like this at the moment.

Typically the attachments are on the inside, but being that yours are nicely finished you could really go either way.

They're well finished and blend really nicely, so I'd go for leaving them. Mainly they're inside to hide raw edges etc.
