Aloha Novall Talon, I was wondering where can one purchase the same aluminum u used for your pack? Also on your edges how u got them smooth with angler edges to them, was it bondo or spackle, this will help with my construction too, thanks nor vode.

I built this before I started brazing/welding, so I smoothed the edges using JB weld and sanded the heck out of it.

Okay, I just saw this and I just want to let you know I have enough problems working in my medium (Resins, fiberglass etc)  and to see you with this metal backpack...insane.
