NWC Clan Invades Birthday Party (WA)

Lynnwood, Washington:
Bes'kad Prudii & Dralshy'a Attinir of the NWC Clan invaded the 5th birthday party of Star Wars & Boba Fett super fan Nic Sylvester.  This young man's parents approached fellow crossfit gym & Merc members Bes'kad & Dralshy'a about possibly making & appearance after seeing the Jingle Bell invasion.  We were more than happy to put a huge smile on his and the other kids' faces.

During the planning phases, the parents had mentioned how Nic ran around the house "flying" with his oatmeal canister Boba Fett jetpack.  To make it an even more memorable birthday, Bes'kad made Nic his very own complete beskar'gam, including weapon & jetpack.

Nic, the rest of the kids & even the adults had a blast posing for pics and talking with the real life Mandalorians for the rest of the afternoon.

I wanted the mom & dad to give him the armor.  It kind of worked that way.  He bought us out from the upstairs bedroom & dad packed the gear in boxes, but told Nic we brought & made the stuff.  He was so overwhelmed I doubt he even heard a word the dad said!

That's awesome. That kid is going to have a very cool memory to last a lifetime. Of course, his parents are going to have a heck of a time outdoing themselves for next year!

Just like what Novall said, this is what it is all about: providing memories that will last a lifetime and promoting the spirit of Star Wars to fans of all ages. Great job, you two!

I love doing birthday parties. Nothing like a bunch of children swarming over your crippled body as they beat your legs from under you and the pummel you within an inch of your life with only your armor for protecting and the with one swift motion you sprint to your feet and fly away.

I'm not sure what was worse, the run-on sentence or the flying bit.
