Mission Objective: Continue to spread the love of Star Wars to a younger generation.
Invasion Report: The Mercs, along with the Blue Ridge Base of the Rebel Legion, were asked to participate in Star Wars Night at New Bridge Bank Park, home of the Greensboro Grasshoppers. During the event, a Star Wars theme was applied to music, scoreboards and activities during the game, with a camp out and showing of Episode IV for the local Boy Scouts troops post game. The Mercs participated by walking the concourse with other characters from Rebel Legion and local organizations including the University of North Carolina Greensboro (pictured). Photos were taken and merriment ensued.
