Chest armor to me appears to be small to me but need another set of eyes if I’m right or wrong.

The chest armor is small on you.  Your ab plate is upside down.  The pointy part of it should fit in the similarly shaped gap between the bottom of your chest plates, but they will need to be larger first.

Okay I used 6’3 template. So do I use the next size templates all all parts or just the chest pieces?

You should see what format the templates printed in. I'm 6'5", and used the Large WoF Jango set, and the shapes would only print in the correct size if I used Landscape instead of Portrait.

It was in landscape and suppose to fit XL. I’ll try 6’5 chest armor.
