Thanks everyone!!

I meant to state that the knees and shins look to be overlapping but I think it’s the angle of the pictures and locking of my knees. There is a bit of a gap between the plates! :)

My goals for tonight are to attach the left thigh plate, take in the shirt/vest a bit and cut/reinforce the harness holes in the back of the shirt/vest.

I got my boots back from the shoe repair/cobbler guy! Velcro for the heel and lace armor is attached; i added the Velcro to the armor and voila! All I need to do now is glue on the toe armor (I didn’t see a need to have Velcro added for that and it’s resting on the shoe here). Surprisingly, I can walk just fine with the boot armor on; it doesn’t impede any movement! I plan on doing the toe attaching and the black wash tomorrow at Mirdala and Ruus’ AP :)


Expect some pre-app (and hopefully app picture shows if all is well) this weekend!

I black washed all the plates today and that was really nerve-wracking but I did it! Lol

No pre-app pictures to show as of right now (my friend took them with her professional camera and setup so I’m waiting to receive them) but have a couple of teaser pictures! A couple of tweaks to make but I think I’m ready for pre-app!
