So, I'm working on the flak vest for my snow sniper.
I have yet to hem most of the vest and cut and sew the shoulder bells in place. The big flaps at the bottom I intend to attach to the back with snaps or velcro, in the style of a MOLLE vest for airsoft or the ilk. I do get the feeling that it's a bit long, it ends at the height of my belt on my trousers.
Adjustments I need to make include restitching the back, cuz it's a bit wide and floppy (no, stop it, I know what you're thinking) and adding more material in the neck since I think the "cleavage" as it were is a bit too deep.
Feel free to comment or just leave tips for me, I am all ears, or eyes or whatever sensory organ is available.
