Velcro placement

So I was trying to find reference for the placement of velcro for the armor and vest. Currently im using both industrial velcro for the armor and the non stick ones for the vest and puting them on 3 sides of each plates but it seems its to loose and cant get the placement right all the time. Anyone can show me where and how much they put the velcro, thx   :D
