Helmet

  • A Deathwatch style “Nite Owl” helmet must be used.
  • The main color of the helmet is medium to dark grey with the cheeks and mandibles and painted white ans light grey to match visual references.
  • A distressed ligjt grey or white “V” logo is located at the center of the forehead.
  • The rangefinder is colored a medium to dark grey with ear-cap and stalk the located on the right side of the helmet.
  • Paints should have a dull satin or matte finish appearance to match visual references as closely as possible.

 

Shoulder Armor

  • Must appear to be at least 3mm thick and be of the Death Watch Nite Owl style.
  • Must have four points and must curve around the upper arm.
  • Both shoulders include a “Nite Owl” logo in the center of each piece.
  • Must be painted medium to dark grey and weathered to match references.
  • Paints should have a dull satin or matte finish appearance to match visual references as closely as possible.

 

Chest Armor

  • Consists of collar armor, right and left chest plates, abdominal plate, and center diamond.
  • Must appear to be at least 3mm thick in the Death Watch Nite Owl style.
  • The Collar, Abdominal and Chest plates must be painted medium to dark  grey and weathered to match reference photos.
  • Center diamond has a raised vertical rectangle and should match visual references.
  • Paints should have a dull satin or matte finish appearance to match visual references as closely as possible.

 

Back Armor

  • Must appear to be at least 3mm thick in the animated Death Watch style.
  • Must be painted medium to dark grey and weathered to match reference photos.
  • Paints should have a dull satin or matte finish appearance to match visual references as closely as possible.

 

Cod Armor

  • Must appear to be at least 3mm thick in the Death Watch Nite Owl style.
  • The Cod armor is medium to dark grey and made of three segmented pieces.
  • Codpiece is worn below all of the belts, and should be sized to the wearer.
  • Paints should have a dull satin or matte finish appearance to match visual references as closely as possible.

 

Thigh Armor

  • Must appear to be at least 3mm thick in the Death Watch Night Owl style.
  • Must be painted medium to dark grey and weathered to match reference photos.
  • The plates have built in holsters for a Westar 35 blaster.
  • The plates have no visible attachment method.
  • A grey strap is located at the mid-upper portion of the armor that securely fastens around the upper thigh.
  • Paints should have a dull satin or matte finish appearance to match visual references as closely as possible.

 

Knee Armor

  • Must appear to be at least 3mm thick in the Death Watch Nite Owl style.
  • Must be painted goldish brown and weathered to match reference photos.
  • The plates have no visible strapping or attachment method.
  • Paints should have a dull satin or matte finish appearance to match visual references as closely as possible.

 

Shin Armor

  • Must appear to be at least 3mm thick in the Death Watch Night Owl style.
  • Must be painted light grey and weathered to match reference photos.
  • The plates have no visible strapping or attachment method.
  • Paints should have a dull satin or matte finish appearance to match visual references as closely as possible.

 

Boots

  • Ankle high, black or dark grey with a rubber sole.
  • Boot armor must appear to be at least 3mm thick in the animated Death Watch Nite Owl style.
  • Consists of Ankle spats, Toe caps and Heel covers with raised rectangular horizontal sections.
  • Must be painted light grey and weathered to match reference photos.
  • Heel cover is painted black with a rectangular horizontal light grey section in the middle of the rear.
  • Toe cap and heal cover are attached with no visible means of attachment.
  • Paints should have a dull satin or matte finish appearance to match visual references as closely as possible.

 

Gloves

  • The gloves are made of sturdy materials such as leather, leather-like material, or tight fitting canvas and are dark blue in color. Should match the flightsuit color as closely as possible. No rubber gloves are permitted.
  • Gloves are tucked underneath the gauntlets to match references.

 

Left Gauntlet

  • Must appear to be at least 3mm thick in the Death Watch style.
  • Must be painted white or light grey and weathered to match reference photos.
  • Left gauntlet contains the following components:
    • Gauntlet buttons should match visual references as closely as possible.
    • Features four forward facing darts in front of middle section.
    • Contains a silver grappling hook to match references in style and placement.
    • Contains a slot for the hidden knife to extend or retract. Placement must match visual references.
  • Paints should have a dull satin or matte finish appearance to match visual references as closely as possible.

 

Right Gauntlet

  • Must appear to be at least 3mm thick in the animated Death Watch style.
  • The gauntlet has a raised front section with the closure worn on the inside.
  • Right gauntlet contains the following components:
    • Gauntlet buttons should match visual references as closely as possible.
    • A slit for blade disc to be expelled over wrist opening to match visual references.
    • Red colored, trapezoid-shaped range finder target.
    • Two forward facing grey or silver blasters, in front of middle section.
  • Paints should have a dull satin or matte finish appearance to match visual references as closely as possible.

 

Flight Suit

  • Made of a cotton or cotton spandex lycra blend material, one or two-piece garment and must be fitted snug to the wearers body.
  • The flightsuit must be dark blue in color and fit appropriately to match visual references.

 

Neck Seal

  • The Neck Seal should match references and can be a turtleneck style attached to the flightsuit or attached to the vest. Should be made out of  similar material as the flightsuit.
  • Must be dark grey weathered to match reference photos.
  • If a neck seal closure is present, an attempt to conceal it should be made.

 

Flak Vest

  • The flak vest is dark grey, made out of  similar material as the flight suit and should match references as closely possible.
  • The short sleeves extend slightly past the shoulder armor
  • The vest must be long enough to extend under the girth belt.
  • The short sleeves should be trimmed around the bottom in grey to match visual references.

 

Ammo Belt

  • The ammo belt is dark brown and made of a leather or leather-like material and match references in width. Width should be appropriately scaled to the height of the wearer.
  • The ammo belt has no apparent closure method. Recommended closure method would be hidden Velcro in the back.
  • Attached to the belt are eight equally sized Ammo Boxes.

 

Girth Belt

  • The girth belt is dark brown and made of a thick leather, or leather-like material and match references in width. Width should be appropriately scaled to the height of the wearer.
  • Belt featurings horizontal lines to match visual references.
  • The girth belt closure should attach in the back and match visual references with the closure method hidden if possible

 

Jetpack

  • Animated Nite Owl style jetpack.
  • Must be painted medium to dark grey & white or light grey and weathered to match reference photos.
  • Jetpack must fit snugly against and centered on the back plate.
  • Paints should have a dull satin or matte finish appearance to match visual references as closely as possible.

 

Weapon

  • Dual Westar-35 blaster pistols.
  • Must be painted medium to dark grey and weathered to match reference photos.
  • Paints should have a dull satin or matte finish appearance to match visual references as closely as possible.
