All colors and patterns should match visual reference photos. Fleece, flannel, Lycra, spandex, and any other shiny or stretchy fabrics will not be accepted unless stated otherwise.
Helmet/Headdress
- Hair Brooch should match reference and be gold in color with teal accents.
- Suggested materials would be metal, polymer clay, thermoplastics, or resin, polished shell, gemstones, or crystals may be used for gem elements.
Overdress:
- The over dress has a high collar and a front slit beginning at the natural waistline or below the belt element. There are double sleeves, the long sleeve should be fitted above the elbow and flare wide over forearms, as per reference.
- Short sleeves that come to a point on the outside above the elbow.
- Cuffs of the sleeves should be pointed over the back of the hands and include comlink on sleeve, as referenced
- Skirt is open below the waist with a tulip style opening in the outermost layer.
- Suggested Fabric for overdress is drapery fabrics, satin, or broadcloth with texture matching reference photos
- Overdress and underskirt of the dress should also be created out of the same rose red colored textured fabric used.
- On the right sleeve at the wrist is a Commlink, with two small circular buttons matching photo reference here:
Overskirt:
- Dark red, floor-length skirt that is the same length as the underskirt with an open front that tapers with the overdress.
- Suggested Fabric for overskirt is velvet or embossed velvet, or suede. Same fabric should also be used for shrug and match underskirt.
- Shrug and overskirt of dress should be made out of the same dark red colored fabric.
Underskirt:
- A Fitted A-line style skirt that is a floor-length circle skirt that is gathered at the waistline, should be the same fabric as used in the overdress.
- Suggested Fabric for Underskirt: Same fabric as overdress.
- Overdress and underskirt of the dress should also be created out of the same rose red colored textured fabric used.
Shrug:
- Dark red shrug matching reference and should be the same fabric used for underskirt with gold trim. Encircles shoulders with a wide (2″) gold accent that tapers lower over the upper arms and comes to a point above shoulder, as in reference.
- Closure in the front with two jeweled brooches and a jewelry element in the center, as in reference.
- Jeweled Elements and Closures should be gold with teal accents
- Suggested materials for brooches are resin, metal, thermal plastic, or polymer clay, jewelry elements may be gemstone, crystal, or polished shell if desired but should match other jewelry elements used.
- Shrug and overskirt of dress should be made out of the same dark red colored fabric.
Cloak (optional):
- Floor-length red cloak in a heavy draping fabric that matches red used for overdress with 3-inch width edging in a lighter shade and embroidered or painted design to match reference.
- Cloak should be lined in dark red lining and have a hidden closure at the neckline.
- Fabric suggestions are drapery fabrics, velvet, embossed velvet, or suede.
- Embroidery:
Footwear
- The dress should be long enough to hide the shoes. Shoes should be low heels made of a complimentary red color.
Belt
- Gold with an angled bottom edge that comes to a point in the back. The front should come to a diamond shape with a pattern in the center that matches photo references.
- Suggested fabric is metallic vinyl or lined and starched Lamé fabric. Should be rigid.
Wig/Hair
- If a wig is present, it must be blond in color and match the color/style of references as closely as possible.
- Should be swept back away from the face and secured at the crown of the head with a brooch matching the reference. There should be a free piece of hair that hangs over the forehead.
- *If a wig is used, it should be of a good quality and seem like real hair.
Earrings:
- Earrings should be gold with teal accents and match the reference.
- Suggested materials would be metal, polymer clay, thermoplastics, or resin. Polished shell, gemstone, or crystal may be used for jewel elements.
