With the resumption of Season 2 of The Mandalorian, Hasbro has begun releasing new merch in an initiative that they have decided to call “Mando Mondays.”

Recently, Hasbro announced the release of The Black Series Mandalorian Electronic Helmet.

Never having seen the real deal, I have to rely on descriptions from Hasbro and the retailers that are offering the helmet for pre-sale.

From what I know of The Black Series offerings of the past, these are premium quality toys that are worth the price tag to collectors and fans alike.  With an MSRP of $119.99, you probably wouldn’t want to give this new helmet to your toddler to run around the house in, but it could provide a “budget” bucket solution for recruits trying to finish their first build.  Modifications would have to be made to bring it into CRL compliance, so recruits in this situation should check with their local Ruus’alor Sol’yc to identify what those modifications would involve.

The Mandalorian Electronic Helmet is a faithful reproduction of the one worn by Din Djarin in The Mandalorian series. It’s full size and wearable with interior padding and an adjustable fit.

It also features a removable tactical light, as seen in season one and dual red lights in the interior.

The helmet can be pre-ordered, today, directly from Hasbro on hasbropulse.com or from other online retailers. Hasbropulse.com has the estimated delivery date listed as June 1, 2021.
