All armor must be made of a solid material such as fiberglass, styrene, sintra or Vac-formed ABS. Armor must have dimension and give the appearance of thickness and depth according to the visual references of this character.  All armor and soft parts must be weathered where indicated in visual references to give the illusion of battle wear and damage.

Helmet

  • Heavy infantry mandalorian style helmet.
  • Must be sized correctly in proportion to wearer’s body.
  • Must have a black tinted visor that completely obscures the wearer’s face.
  • Visor must reach to the bottom of the helmet.
  • The helmet’s main color is medium blue, with light blue inner cheeks and faceplate.
  • Must feature a heavily weathered ridge that runs the length of the dome of the helmet.
  • Must feature 2 triangular slots over the right side of the brow.
  • The helmet has rectangular ear caps on both sides. Both ear caps have vents on the front and rear and are painted silver with gunmetal accents.
  • The left earcap features a U-shaped rangefinder painted gunmetal grey. The rangefinder is connected with a stepped section to the earcap.
  • Back of the helmet features a rectangular box with 5 key slots and a round vent at the top.

BRL Level Approval:

  • The outside triangular slot is slightly smaller and place slightly higher than the inside triangular slot matching reference photos.
  • Both ear caps have vents split by a recessed line. The left ear cap has them split evenly, 3 above and 3 below. The right ear cap has 5 above and 1 below matching reference photos.

Flight Suit

  • Must be a cotton or cotton blend one or two-piece garment colored black or a dark grey and must fit snugly to the wearer.
  • Must feature double sleeves, where the longer sleeve is ribbed and colored light grey.
  • Flight suit has an upturned collar with visible white stitching.
  • The flight suit has no visible pockets.
  • The flight suit has visible, white stitching.
  • Must feature light grey, vertical ribbed breeches which cover the thighs and are under the thigh armor plates. The breeches run from under the waist items, around the cod plate and terminate above the knee.  The breaches feature a rolled hem around the opening of the cod plate and around the bottom edge.

BRL Level Approval:

  • Chest of the flight suit features a black or dark grey stretch fabric running from the arm seam to arm seam across the chest at the neck and down under the chest plate ending at the under arm.
  • Chest of the flight suit features four slits in the fabric where straps from the chest plate run into the flight suit.  There are two slits at the top of the chest plate under the leading edge of the shoulder strap armor and two slits on the flanks of the flight suit under the arm.

Neck Seal

  • Under the upturned collar of the flight suit is a black neck seal that completely hides the neck.

BRL Level Approval:

  • A Balaclava must be worn under the neck seal of the flight suit.
  • The collar has a curved cutout shape and white stitching on the back and sides.

Boots

  • Chelsea style boots.
  • Most accurate shoes are Sketchers brand “Blaine Orsen” boots.
  • Dark brown roughout leather or leather like material.
  • Must feature a medium blue armored plate on the toe.
  • Armored plate must feature three center ribs and raised edge.

Chest Armor

  • One piece chestplate painted medium blue with a silver and gunmetal grey diamond.
  • Must be appropriately sized to the body of the wearer.
  • The diamond sits flush with the chest plate and has a groove running along its border.
  • The inner part of the diamond must feature a raised, rectangular part, of which the bottom half is grooved.
  • On the left of the diamond are two trapezoid, gunmetal grey details.
  • There are two horizontal slits on the upper left portion of the chest plate.
  • Top right of the chest plate must feature a gunmetal grey vent. This vent sits just below the shoulder straps.
  • Must feature a separate ab plate composed of two pieces. The top piece is a smooth piece with a raised section running the top length and sits just below the chest plate. The bottom piece is a rectangular piece with ribs about 2” wide running along its width.

BRL Level Approval:

  • The chest armor has black or dark grey straps running from under the top of the plate and entering a slit in the chest of the flight suit.  The straps run into the flight suit under the forward edge of the shoulder strap armor.  Two additional straps run from the bottom outside edge of the chest plate and enter a slit in the flight suit under the arm.

Back Armor

  • One piece back armor which attaches to the armored shoulder strap armor.
  • The back plate features a strap of dark brown leather or leather like material on each side that runs from the top of the shoulder to under the shoulder strap armor.
  • Must be painted medium blue.
  • Must feature a raised middle bar in the center to which the jetpack attaches.

BRL Level Approval:

  • Dark brown straps that run from the back plate to shoulder strap armor must be made of leather.

Left Shoulder Armor

  • The upper shoulder plate consists of a bell shaped shoulder plate with a top trauma plate.
  • The shoulder plate underneath is painted black and the upper trauma shoulder plate is painted medium blue. The upper trauma plate features a black mythosaur symbol painted in the upper center part of the plate.
  • The upper top plate features four dents of various sizes. One at the top front portion of the plate, one at the front mid portion of the plate, one towards the bottom center portion of the plate under the mythosaur symbol and a final large dent on the back lower portion of the plate.
  • The lower shoulder plate is a yellow ochre bicep plate extending from below the top bell shoulder plate.
  • Yellow bicep plate must feature a raised edge and raised center rib.

Right Shoulder Armor

  • The right shoulder plate is a bell shaped shoulder plate painted medium blue.
  • Must have a medium blue lower bicep plate with raised edges.
  • The upper shoulder plate must feature a raised center rib which runs from the top edge of the plate and stops halfway. This center rib is flanked by 2 raised ribs to each side. The two raised ribs are of different lengths. The inner rib starts approximately one inch from the top edge of the shoulder plate and terminates about one inch from the bottom. The outermost rib is smaller compared to the inside rib and is about an inch shorter than the inside rib.
  • The upper shoulder plate features a large circular dent on the front facing portion of the plate. It is inset from the leading edge of the plate and is between the front edge and the outermost rib.

Shoulder Strap Armor

  • Strap armor are rectangular plates which curve downward and run from just above the back plate to just above the chest plate.
  • Strap details consist of a raised thin border with a raised rectangle in the middle of the strap.
  • The shoulder strap armor should not touch the chest armor and instead have a gap at both the front and the back.
  • Strap armor is painted medium blue.

Elbow Armor

  • Squarish oval shaped elbow plates painted medium blue.
  • The elbow plates have no visible attachment method.

Cod Armor

  • Ellipse shaped codpiece painted medium blue.
  • Must feature 2 square plates at the top, just below the belt.
  • Top of the codpiece is hidden by the belt.

Left Thigh Armor

  • Box shaped thigh armor featuring a raised center, squared corners and raised edges.
  • Must feature a raised edge on the central part.
  • Must curve around the wearers thigh without any visible attachment methods.
  • The left thigh plate is painted medium blue.

Right Thigh Armor

  • Arrow shaped thigh armor featuring a raised center, squared corners and raised edges.
  • Must feature a square rim on the central part.
  • Must curve around the wearers thigh without any visible attachment methods.
  • The right thigh plate is painted medium blue.

Left Knee Armor

  • Box shaped knee plate with a raised center and squared corners.
  • Knee plate is painted yellow ochre.
  • Must feature a wing on each side of the knee plate.
  • The knee plate has no visible attachment method.
  • The left plate features a raised edge and a center cutout.

BRL Level Approval:

  • The wing on the right side of the knee plate flares out away from the knee.

Right Knee Armor

  • Trapezoid box shaped knee plate with a raised center.
  • Knee plate is painted yellow ochre.
  • Must feature a wing on each side of the knee plate.
  • The knee plate has no visible attachment method.

BRL Level Approval:

  • The wing on the right side of the right knee plate flares out way from the knee.

Left Shin Armor

  • Cylindrical shaped shin armor which covers the entire lower leg area.
  • Must be painted medium blue.
  • Must feature a raised rib on top and bottom and a raised front plate.
  • Must feature an armored plate with a raised edge and curved sides covering the top of the boot and bottom of the shin armor. The armored plate must be painted yellow ochre.

Right Shin Armor

  • Cylindrical shaped shin armor with a narrower bottom section which covers the entire lower leg area.
  • Must be painted yellow ochre with a narrow brown band at the top of the narrow section.
  • Must feature a raised section on top that extends past the main body of the shin.
  • Must feature a raised rib at the front which stops just above the narrow section.
  • Must feature a flat armored plate with curved sides covering the top of the boot and bottom of the shin armor. The armored plate must be painted yellow ochre.

Left Gauntlet

  • Must be painted yellow ochre.
  • Clamshell without any visible closure method.
  • Must feature a calculator pad on the rear near the inside of the gauntlet.
  • Must feature a raised center section consisting of three stepped parts. The raised center has 2 grooves running its length.
  • Must feature a large box on the outside with a cylindrical barrel at the front.
  • Barrel must feature three vents on each side and has heat discoloration.
  • The gauntlet must have a light grey fabric covered hose extending from the box which slides into the short sleeve of the flight suit.

Right Gauntlet

  • Must be painted reddish brown.
  • Clamshell without any visible closure method.
  • Must feature a raised center section consisting of three stepped parts. The first two parts feature a center groove.
  • Must feature a silver and red, cylindrical shaped flamethrower on the second part of the raised section, located on the left side.

Ammo Belt

  • Dark brown belt made from leather or leather-like material.
  • Belt must feature a silver C-shaped buckle.
  • Must feature four large, rectangular pouches on each side. Pouches are made of leather or leather-like material.
  • Must feature a large tube shaped pouch on the inner side of the innermost right pouch. The pouch is made of leather or leather-like material.
  • Must feature two belt loops at the front, both holding a black, square greeblie. The right belt loop must feature a silver detail on front.
  • A leather or leather like pad is worn under the front of the belt and covers the top of the cod plate. This pad features uneven horizontal folds across its length.

BRL Level Approval:

  • The front right pouch has a snap closure on the flap. The right front pouch and the right back pouch both have two stud closures on the flap.
  • The tube shaped pouch holds a silver greeblie.
  • The back of the belt has two flaps that hang down at the outer back past the rear pouches.
  • The C-shaped buckle is made of metal.
  • The belt is made of dark brown leather.
  • All belt pouches are made of leather.
  • The pad worn under the belt is made of leather.

Kama

  • Russet brown colored kama made from cotton or cotton blend material.
  • The kama sits under the belt, covering its top part.
  • Must be frayed at the bottom.

BRL Level Approval:

  • The kama has a strip of material at the top of it where it attaches below the belt that is a separate material.

Gloves

  • Black leather or leather-like gloves.
  • Must feature a trapezoid shaped armored plate painted on each glove. The left armored plate is painted reddish brown, the right is painted light blue.

BRL Level Approval:

  • The gloves are made of black leather.
  • The right hand has the same shape and pattern as the Din hand plate.
  • The left hand plate has two square indents near the wrist edge of the hand plate.

Jetpack

  • Yellow ochre painted jetpack, with dark red, silver and black details.
  • The jetpack consists of a center trapezoid part flanked by two additional thrusters.
  • Center part must feature a yellow and black painted cylinder which connects to the ammo tube of the main weapon.
  • Must feature three silver cones on top with a flat top. The center cone is about half the size of the other two.
  • Jetpack must fit snugly against the back plate without sagging.

BRL Level Approval:

  • The outer thrusters have two yellow ochre stripes that are approximately 1 inch wide with 1 inch space between them on the upper section of each.

Weapon

  • Large, three barreled blaster rifle.
  • The blaster is painted gunmetal grey with silver and black detailing.
  • Must feature three DLT-19 barrels minus the T-strips.
  • The barrels must feature heat discoloration at the muzzle.
  • The rifle has three grips. One located on the top of the rifle towards the front that swivels, one grip on the outside of the rifle and is fixed and a third fixed grip on the back of the rifle.
  • The blaster rifle features a black leather or leather like strap that connects to the rifle on the inside towards the front of the rifle and also on the back of the rifle.  The strap has a wider padded area over the shoulder. The strap also features two wedge shaped buckles.
  • Must attach to the central cylinder of the jetpack via a segmented ammo tube.

BRL Level Approval:

  • Segmented ammo tube features approximately 26 segments connected by a ribbed inner tube.
  • The weapon is supported by a black leather strap. The wedge shaped buckles on the support strap are made of metal.
