All armor must be made of a solid material such as 3d print, fiberglass, styrene, sintra or Vac-formed ABS. Armor must have dimension and give the appearance of thickness and depth according to the visual references of this character. All armor and soft parts must be weathered where indicated in visual references to give the illusion of battle wear and damage.
 

Helmet

  • Must be painted antiqued gold, with gunmetal horns.
  • Helmet features a textured finish.
  • Must feature a raised comb consisting of three raised edges, running along the center of the dome from the center of the visor to the key slots on the back. On the front, the comb ends in a “V” right above the nose guard.
  • Must feature a brow ridge split by the comb which runs across the top of the helmet, alongside the comb, above the visor area over the ear caps and intersects the comb at the back of the helmet above the key slots.
  • The bottom edge of the helmet features an outward angled ridge.
  • Must feature five horns on the top of the dome painted gunmetal. Outside horns are larger than the three middle ones.
  • Both ear caps are mirrored copies of each other. Rounded at the top with a band that runs across the top of the ear cap horizontally at the end of the curve. The ear cap extends down to an angled ridge that runs along the bottom of the helmet from the cheek to the key slots. The bottom part of the ear cap has one vertical ridge that runs from the top part of the ear cap to the bottom ending just above the ridge.
  • The back of the helmet has a rectangular box with 6 louvered key slots, with two triangle like cutouts at the top of the key slots pointing into the center.
  • The visor area contains two stylized eye slots across the top of the visor broken in the center by a nose guard.
  • Visor must feature two indents just below the eyes.
  • Must feature rounded cheeks with a ridge at the bottom.
  • Helmet must be painted to match visual references as seen in Season 3 as closely as possible both in color and in weathering pattern.
  • Helmet must match visual references.

 
BRL Level Approval:

  • Two larger horns on top of the dome are set above the eye slots of the visor, from the side they are set forward of the ear caps and are approximately 1.5 inch/4 cm tall. There are two smaller horns set a little farther back from the two larger horns, farther up on the top of the dome and are part of the brow ridge that runs along the comb and are approximately 0.75 inch/2 cm tall. The last and smallest horn again is set back a little from the middle horns and is on the top of the dome in the center of the comb and is approximately 0.5 inch/1.5 cm tall. All horns are set forward of the ear caps.
  • Both ear caps are rounded at the top with a band that runs across the top of the ear cap horizontally at the end of the curve that is taller than the rounded part of the ear cap and has a flat section approximately half of the rounded top section of the ear cap. The bottom part of the ear cap has one vertical ridge that runs from the top part of the ear cap to the bottom ending just above the ridge that is taller than the rest of the bottom portion of the ear cap.
  • The key slots overlap each other where the upper 5 are trapezoidal in shape and have a downward center point.
  • Visor must feature two indents just below the eyes that have four sides, matching visual references.
  • Must feature rounded cheeks that are recessed and end at the bottom of the helmet in a ridge that runs from the end of the visor area to the ear caps.
  • Paint and weathering must match visual references as seen in Season 3.

  

Flight Suit

  • Must be a cotton or cotton blend one or two-piece garment colored dark grey, must fit snugly to the wearer. If a two-piece suit is used, it must appear as if one-piece.
  • Must have long sleeves with short sleeves on top of them, made from the same material. Short sleeves end about mid-arm at underbust/bottom of chest armor level.
  • Each short sleeve has a burgundy colored trim piece running on the bottom edge of the sleeve. The short sleeve also has a reinforced “Y” stitch or patch on the outside of the sleeve. The reinforced ‘Y’ stitch or patch on the outside of the short sleeve consists of 2 layers.
  • Flight suit may have stretch spandex gussets under the arms for ease of movement. Color must blend with flight suit color.
  • The flight suit has chaps on the front of the legs. These chaps run from the upper thigh down the front of the leg ending at the ankle or under the gaiters. These chaps are made from the same material as the flight suit. They run from the inside seam of the leg, extend over the front and end within about an inch/2.5 cm of the outside seam of the leg. The chaps are sewn into the legs of the flight suit, however on the outside of the leg the chap ends in a one inch/2.5 cm flap that is visible.
  • Collar of the flight suit is upturned and has an open V neck in the front. The collar is open approximately 2 inch/5 cm in the front.
  • The flight suit has no visible pockets.
  • The flight suit has light weathering across its entirety.
  • Flight suit must match visual references.

 
BRL Level Approval:

  • Must be a cotton or cotton blend canvas or denim fabric one or two-piece garment colored dark grey. The grey color of the flight suit leans towards a slightly greener shade.
  • Flight suit is topstitched with heavy white or off-white thread.
  • The trim piece running on the bottom edge of the short sleeve is topstitched in the middle.
  • There are three levels of the “Y” stitched patch on the short sleeves. The “Y” patch has a top stitch that matches the fabric of the flight suit. The flight suit has matching suede leather for the middle part of the two ‘Y’ stitch or patch on the outside of the short sleeve. The short sleeve must match visual references.
  • The chaps have a visible top stitch on the hemmed edge.
  • The outside of the leg ends in a flap that is visible with the opening backed in a brown leather trim.
  • The collar has 2 topstitched rows along edge. The strip of matching fabric running up the center back has 4 rows of vertical topstitching (the middle rows angle inward).
  • The flight suit has matching suede leather for the neckline and as a border in the trouser folds.

  

Apron

  • Must be made of leather or leather-like material colored dark brown.
  • Must consist of 8 horizontal evenly spaced pleats/layers from the waist to just above the knees. Must be proportional to wearer.
  • Two panels close the apron in the back that feature “Y” shaped edge trim. The thickness of the edge trim is approximately 1-1.25 inch/2.5-3 cm wide.
  • The apron wraps around the hips and the two sides meet at a tabard in the back. Apron is open approximately 1.5 inch/4 cm at center back.
  • The apron has a pointed tabard under the back opening made of the same dark brown material as the rest of the apron. The tabard has a stylized trim shaped like a downward pointed arrow down the center approximately 2 inch/5 cm wide down the center and 1.5 inch/4 cm along bottom.
  • Closure of apron is not visible; covered by belt.
  • The apron has weathering as seen in Season 3.
  • Apron must match visual references.

 
BRL Level Approval:

  • Must be made of leather, colored dark brown.
  • The top of each “Y” has an open slit that shows the skirt underneath. Center of “Y” is darker brown. Inside edges are top stitched and back opening trimmed in reddish-brown leather/leather-like material.
  • The inside edges on the tabard have dark brown trim, while bottom edge is trimmed in red-brown material. Inside edges are topstitched.
  • Bottom section of tabard behind the “arrow” shape is a double row of topstitching. The shape starts at the third pleat height down at angle to approximately 1.5 inch/4 cm away from arrow edge, then angles in approximately 1 inch/2.5 cm from inside panel edge.

  

Neck Seal

  • Must be made of the same material and color as the flight suit.
  • Must extend high enough in the back to cover the neck.
  • The neck seal should be worn on the inside of the flight suit to cover the neck. The upturned collar of the flight suit should be visible over the neck seal.
  • The neck seal has light weathering.
  • Neck seal must match visual references.

 
BRL Level Approval:

  • A Balaclava must be worn to give the impression of a fully sealed flight suit.
  • The back of the neck seal has a vertical 1.5-inch/4 cm top-stitched strip that runs up the back of the neck seal, which may cover a zipper.
  • Neck seal has 4 vertical rows of topstitching center front, and 2 rows of horizontal topstitching on the upper edge.

  

Boots

  • Boots must be leather or leather-like material brown or dark brown in color.
  • Must feature an armored plate covering the toe of the boot painted the same color as the chest.
  • The armored plate has three raised strips running from the front of the plate over the top of the toe of the boot.
  • The armored plate is heavily weathered.
  • Boots are covered by dark brown gaiters made of leather or suede extending from just below the knee completely covering the boot up to the armored plate. The gaiters have a top-stitched piece made of the same material that covers the top of the toe plate, with a strap that runs around the back of the heel.
  • The gaiters have a pleated leather or leather-like band with top and bottom border that run around the gaiter at mid calf made of the same material.
  • Gaiters are lightly weathered.
  • Gaiters must match visual references.

 
BRL Level Approval:

  • Boots must be leather colored dark brown in color.
  • The armored plate must have a reinforced sole that also shows a rectangular plate screwed into the sole at the front of the toe plate.
  • The armored plate has three raised strips running from the front of the plate over the top of the toe of the boot each strip is approximately 0.75 inch/ 2 cm wide and has a raised edge with a lower section in the middle of each of the three sections.
  • The topstitched piece covers top 1 inch/2.5 cm of toe plate.
  • Gaiters close on the inside of the leg with an overlapped edge.

  

Chest Armor

  • Consists of a solid chest plate with a raised chest diamond. The diamond is contained in a recessed channel that runs from the top of the chest plate to the bottom of the chest plate.
  • Must attach securely to the flight suit and fit snugly to the wearer’s chest.
  • Chest plate is painted burgundy or dark red with a metallic sheen.
  • Chest plate must have a recessed ab plate that covers the abdominal area.
  • Must feature tapered “steps” as seen in references.
  • Must feature a raised edge on all sides.
  • Chest plate ends approximately at end of rib cage/ a few inches/cm above waistline, where the belt starts.
  • Must be painted to match visual references as closely as possible, both in color and in weathering pattern.
  • Chest armor must match visual references.

 
BRL Level Approval:

  • The diamond has a recessed rectangle in the center.
  • The chest plate must contain the four tapered “steps” seen in the references.
  • Must feature a raised edge on all sides that runs along the bottom of the plate up the sides by the arm pit area and continues up the side of the plate to end at the collar tabs. There is an additional raised section of the rim in the center of the abdomen that is approximately 1.5 inch/4 cm wide and covers from the top to the bottom of the ridge.
  • Must appear to be at least 3mm thick with rounded edges.
  • The chest plate’s profile, geometry, and contours must match references, especially the relationship between the chest and abdomen as well as the arc of the chest plate’s upper lip.
  • The plate must be painted and weathered to match references in both color and weathering pattern.

  

Back Armor

  • Consists of a solid back plate that extends from the shoulder and neck down to the small of the back.
  • Back plate is painted burgundy or dark red.
  • Back plate must match visual references.

 
BRL Level Approval:

  • Back plate must be in a “T” shape, with plate narrowing below the shoulder armor and a flat, oblong rounded (or lozenge shaped) plane in the center.
  • Back plate must be painted the same burgundy or dark red as the chest plate.

  

Cape

  • A fur cape must be worn in addition to the back armor, covering the neck and shoulders to the waist. Some of the fur from the cape should drape forward of the shoulders as seen in visual references.
  • The cape attaches to the chest plate at the shoulder seam.
  • Cape must match visual references as seen in Season 3 as closely as possible.

 
BRL Level Approval:

  • The cape is wider at the top and tapers down the back.
  • Actual fur used is Mongolian sheepskin.
  • The cape must match color and curl of the visual references as seen in Season 3.

  

Shoulder Armor

  • Shoulder armor consists of two rounded shoulder plates that appear leather in a basket weave pattern and has a solid trim piece at the bottom edge.
  • Pauldrons appear to be a basketweave pattern with strips approximately 0.5 inch/1.5 cm wide.
  • Angle of the shoulder weave should be approximately 45 degrees.
  • Shoulder armor must be dark brown in color.
  • Shoulder armor has light weathering across its entirety.
  • Shoulder armor must match visual references.

 
BRL Level Approval:

  • Must be made of leather.
  • Pauldron is trimmed in a reddish brown leather, matching sleeve trim.

  

Belt

  • Leather or leather-like material approximately 5 inch/12.5 cm in width, proportional to the wearer.
  • The belt has a dark brown recessed portion that is approximately 3 inch/7.5 cm wide with a medium brown trim piece on the top and bottom that is approximately 1 inch/2.5 cm each.
  • Belt closes in the back where a leather or leather-like vertical loop of approximately 4 inch/10 cm wraps around the belt, proportional to the wearer.
  • The loop in the back is the same color as the center of the belt.
  • Must feature leather or leather-like straps to hold 3 different belt greeblies as well as one additional loop in the front that remains empty.
  • One belt greeblie should appear as a larger rectangular box, one is a skinnier taller box and one a small cylinder. All greeblies are metallic silver. Large greeblie has yellow brass-like color on top rectangular portion.
  • Belt and accessories must match visual references.

 
BRL Level Approval:

  • Must be made of leather.
  • The dark brown recessed piece, approximately 3 inches/7.5 cm wide, has piping along the top and bottom seams.

  

Gloves

  • Medium brown suede or suede-like gloves.
  • Must feature a square suede patch with mitered corners sewn to the back of the hand.
  • A quilted suede gauntlet extends from the wrist to just below the elbow. The quilting is a diamond pattern that should match references in size and direction.
  • The gauntlet ends in a burgundy or dark red cuff near the elbow.
  • Gloves have light weathering across their entirety.
  • Gloves must match visual references.

 
BRL Level Approval:

  • Medium brown suede gloves with a visible thumb seam.
  • The quilted squares are approximately 1 inch/ 2.5 cm wide.
  • The square suede patch on the back of the hand features double row top-stitch.
  • The gauntlet ends in a burgundy or dark red cuff near the elbow that matches the trim on the flightsuit.
  • The cuff on the end of the gauntlets has two bands, approximately 1-1.5 inch/2.5-4 cm wide each.

  

Weapons

  • Large forging hammer painted silver.
  • Large pair of tongs painted silver.
  • Weapons must match visual references.

Jetpack (Optional for both CRL and BRL Approval)

  • The jetpack is painted bronze and copper with heat discoloration across the body.
  • Must feature three cylindrical body tubes and a trapezoidal body.
  • Main thrusters are mounted low under the outer cylinders.
  • Center Cylinder features an open section with exposed ribbing.
  • Top of the center cylinder features a rounded nose cone with 3 sections. Uppermost is painted black, lower two are bronze with red tones.
  • Center exposed ribbing is painted dark metallic.
  • Outer cylinders feature a near conical topper painted red/bronze with black discoloration.
  • Outer Cylinder feature pentagonal hexagonal detail pieces along the dorsal and radial sections respectively.
  • The bottom of each outer cylinder terminates with black detailed exposed greeblies and thruster cones.
  • The main body of the JP features two organically rounded ribs at the top and the bottom connecting the center cylinder to the outer cylinders.
  • Jetpack has topical weathering giving the appearance of soot and grime.
  • Jetpack must match visual references as seen in Season 3.
